I am a former healthcare professional who discovered the issues related to this sector. My goal is to teach everyone the recipes for a balanced and healthy life. We need to start living and not just be content to exist.
One thing is certain, when we are young, we study different subjects in school, we learn how to climb the corporate ladder, how to make big investments of money, as well as how to manage retirement plans, but during this time we still ignore the fact that our health remains our most valuable investment. I realized that my youth did not protect me from all kinds of diseases. "It only happens to others”. Has that phrase ever been present in your mind?
After graduating in Dietetics, I went to work in Clinical Nutrition at a major trauma hospital, assisting patients with their dietary needs. At the same time, my health deteriorated between the ages of 20 and 30. I thought it was normal since everyone around me, who was the same age, suffered from some sort of physical ailment, preventing them from enjoying fully their lives. Some of my health problems included frequent infections, colds, migraines, insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome. In 2004, I discovered cellular nutrition, and included it in my different coaching programs. It was a full discovery, even for Dietetics professional like me with more than 20 years of experience. I understood that if I took care of my cells, they would take care of my body in return. I am healthier now than when I was 20 years old.
